These Terms are an agreement between you (the “User”) and ERYU PTE LTD (“ERYU”, the “Platform”). By registering, ordering or using the Service, you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. Nature of the Platform (Important)
ERYU is a secondhand-goods marketplace that provides suppliers (“agents/sellers”) and users with a sales-channel service, warehousing service, and transparent settlement through licensed third-party payment providers.
All goods on the Platform are provided and owned by agents; the sale is between the user and the agent. ERYU does not sell or own the goods and is not the seller. The source, authenticity, quality and safety of goods are the responsibility of the agent that provides them.
2. Account & Login
Register with a mobile number or email and keep your account secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
You confirm your information is true, you are at least 18, and have full legal capacity.
3. Orders, Payment & Settlement
Pay within the time shown after ordering; unpaid orders may be auto-cancelled and the item released.
Payments are processed by a licensed third-party provider (Stripe); processing fees are charged by the payment channel and may be itemised/added at checkout.
The Platform only provides transparent settlement/collection channels and holds no fund pool of its own.
4. Pickup & Delivery
Store/warehouse pickup: collect using the pickup code generated after payment; for unmanned pickup the code opens the door and completes dispatch.
Group delivery: free over the threshold; below that, paid delivery or invite friends to pool.
5. 24-Hour Refund Protection (Please read and confirm)
Items are secondhand, super-low-price goods. By registering/ordering you acknowledge and agree:
You may request a no-fault refund within 24 hours after dispatch; no-fault refunds are not accepted after 24 hours (quality issues are handled per Section 6 and applicable law).
For dispatched items, you must return the item to the warehouse; after inspection confirms it matches the dispatched condition, the Platform refunds via the original method; non-dispatched orders may be handled directly by the Platform.
As these are super-low-price items, a refund request may be cancelled only once per order; after cancellation you cannot re-request a refund for that order.
Refunds are returned via the original channel; arrival time depends on the payment provider.
Refunds cover the item price only; the payment processing fee you paid is non-refundable. This fee is the processing charge levied by the third-party payment provider (e.g. Stripe); the provider does not return it upon refund. The Platform does not profit from it and it is not a charge of the Platform.
6. Goods & Liability
Goods are provided by agents; secondhand items may show wear or defects, described as accurately as possible — please review before ordering.
Your statutory rights under applicable Singapore law (including the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act) are not limited by these Terms.
As a marketplace/service platform, ERYU does not bear a seller's product liability for agents' goods, but provides the above refund protection and assists with disputes.
7. User Conduct
You must not use the Platform for unlawful acts or acts harming others, including fraud, money laundering, buying goods you know to be stolen or counterfeit, maliciously locking items, or abusing refunds. We may suspend or terminate accounts and reserve the right to pursue liability.
8. Privacy
We process personal data under our Privacy Policy and the Singapore PDPA. See the Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ERYU does not bear a seller's liability for losses arising from the goods, agent conduct or force majeure; the Service is provided “as is”. This clause does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore; disputes are submitted to the competent courts of Singapore or resolved as agreed.
11. Updates
We may update these Terms; updates are posted here with the date, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
